The Play of Being - a Creative Process Group for the New Year

Winter 2026, fridays, 10-11:15 am on ZOOM

$100/per session. Full 8-week session commitment required; group will continue on an ongoing basis after this

The Play of Being is an expressive therapy group for those wanting to reconnect with themselves through creativity, presence, and community. Grounded in drama therapy and psychodrama, we’ll draw on improvisation, storytelling, role play, and somatic awareness to explore the many roles we inhabit—those inherited, outgrown, or newly emerging.

Each session offers space to set down life’s burdens, try on new perspectives, and rediscover what feels most alive and real. This isn’t about performing or perfecting, but about playing your way back to a fuller sense of being—one that honors your complexity, humor, and humanity.

Expect: reflection, laughter, movement, creative process, and a supportive circle of people seeking connection and discovery.

No acting experience needed—just curiosity and an open mind
